Views
Visualize form submissions in multiple formats including Table, Calendar, Kanban, Gantt, and Gallery views
What This Feature Does

|---|---|---|
| Table | Data management, filtering, sorting | Spreadsheet-like interface |
| Calendar | Date-based entries, scheduling | Monthly/weekly/daily views |

Troubleshooting
If a view type is unavailable
- Ensure your form has the required field types (e.g., date fields for Calendar)
- Check that you have permission to access views
- Verify the view is configured correctly
If submissions aren't appearing in Calendar View
- Verify the configured date field has values
- Check that dates fall within the visible range
- Ensure the field is a DatePicker type
If Kanban cards aren't draggable
- Verify you have permission to edit submissions
- Check that the column field is editable
- Ensure the form is not in read-only mode
If Gantt timeline is empty
- Verify both start and end date fields have values
- Check that dates are valid and in the correct order
- Ensure the date range is within the visible timeline
If Gallery images aren't displaying
- Verify the image field has uploaded files
- Check that files are images (jpg, png, etc.)
- Ensure files haven't been deleted from storage
Best Practices
- Match view to use case: Use Calendar for scheduling, Kanban for workflows
- Create role-specific views: Different teams need different perspectives
- Use saved views: Don't recreate filters each time
- Keep views focused: Too many fields clutters the view
- Test with real data: Verify views work with actual submissions
- Document your views: Note what each custom view is for
