Put issues on the site map
Build the location tree on a project, then see issues, permits and sign-offs on the site map.
Assignar turns HSEQ on for your organisation. You need View HSEQ issues to open the map. Adding and editing locations needs Configure HSEQ or Update projects.
Add locations on the project
Open the project and select Locations.
Select Add location for a top-level place, or Add child under an existing one. Enter the Name. Code and Kind are optional. Kind is a word such as site, area or level. Buffer (meters) is how far around the geometry still counts as that location. Geometry is the point, line or area. Select Save. You see Location saved.
Edit changes it. Move up and Move down change the order among its siblings. Move to puts it under another location, or at Top level. Deactivate hides it from new issues. It stays on issues that already use it, marked Inactive. Reactivate brings it back.
The empty tree reads No locations yet. Without permission you see You don't have permission to edit locations. An empty name shows Name is required. A repeated code shows That code is already used on this project. A repeated name under the same parent shows Another location under the same parent already has this name (it may be inactive). Moving onto a sibling with the same name shows A location with this name already exists there. Rename one of them first. Any other save failure shows Couldn't save the location.
Import a tree
Select Import. The file is CSV, GeoJSON or KML. A CSV needs a path column. Separate parent and child with >. Optional columns are code, kind, lat and lng or wkt, and buffer_m.
Import locations writes the preview. You see how many rows were created, updated and unchanged. An empty file shows The file is empty. A file that is not CSV, GeoJSON or KML shows Use a CSV, GeoJSON, or KML file. A CSV without a path column shows The CSV needs a path column.
Site map on the project opens the map for that project.
Read the site map
In HSEQ, select Map. The page is Site map.
Layers turns each source on or off: Locations, Issues, Sign-offs, Active permits, Substances and Photos. Locations and photos are available once a project is open. A layer that does not load reads Could not load and the layer name. Select Retry.
Select a marker to open the issue, permit or sign-off. Open full issue and Open full permit leave the map. A record you cannot see reads This record is not available.
