Read the dashboard and HSE statistics

Assignar turns HSEQ on for your organisation. You need View HSEQ issues to open Overview and Statistics. Incident rows, as distinct from totals, need View HSEQ incidents.

Overview is the HSEQ dashboard.

Scope is My default views, All disciplines, or one discipline. Manage HSEQ issues also offers Portfolio (all projects). Project is All projects or one project. Window is 12 months or 6 months.

The charts are Open issues, Overdue issues, Open actions, Overdue actions, Issues raised, Trend by category, By category, By severity, By location, Actions by assignee, Actions by organization, Recurring questions, Actual vs potential, Positive and negative, Time to close, Contributing factors and Issue map. Portfolio (all projects) replaces them with Open issues, Overdue issues, Issues raised, Issues closed, By project, Issues raised by discipline, By discipline, Categories across projects and Repeat offenders per 1,000 worker-days.

Open register opens the Issues list for the same scope. Customise in dashboard builder edits the board. Monthly report opens last month's board.

A chart that does not load reads Could not load this chart. On Contributing factors, when you do not have View HSEQ incidents, the tile reads These totals include restricted incidents. Individual incidents are not listed.

Read HSE statistics

Statistics is HSE statistics. The period is Monthly, 6-monthly, Annual, Rolling 6 months or Rolling 12 months.

Frequency rates uses the denominator from Set up HSEQ: Per 1,000,000 hours or Per 200,000 hours. Rates appear once a month has approved labour timesheets or manual hours. Until then you see No exposure hours recorded yet.

Manual exposure hours is for contractors whose time is not in timesheets. With Manage HSEQ issues, select Add hours, enter the contractor, month and hours, then Save. Delete removes a row. You see Saved. A failed save shows Could not save. Try again.

Lead-indicator targets is a monthly target for Inspections or Observations. With Configure HSEQ, choose Project, Indicator and Monthly target, then Add target. You see Saved.

Default (each project) is the number each project uses on its own. Choose a project to replace it on that project. Company-wide (all projects combined) is one number for the projects you can see, added together.

The table then shows a Company-wide (all projects combined) row for that month, with the combined Actual, the Target and % of target. It stays at the top of every page while Project is All projects. Choosing one project hides it. Download Excel and Download PDF include the row.

Closing the month keeps the company-wide target. Changing the target later does not change a closed month. Adding it again shows A company-wide target already exists for that indicator. Edit it instead.

Period close freezes a month so later records do not change it. With Manage HSEQ issues, select Close month. Restate month recomputes a closed month and records the change. Download Excel and Download PDF export the page you are looking at, for the period you chose: Frequency rates, Lead-indicator targets, Rates by contractor and By classification. Each table is its own sheet in Excel and its own section in the PDF. Rates by contractor and By classification are left out when they are empty, as on the page.

Without View HSEQ incidents the page reads You can see totals and rates. Incident details need the incidents permission. If the page does not load you see Statistics could not be loaded.
