Assignar Connect
Automate the busywork between Assignar and the other systems you use, with no coding and no re-keying
Assignar Connect
Assignar Connect lets you build workflows: simple, visual recipes that watch for something happening in one system and automatically do something in another. No coding, no spreadsheets to maintain, no one remembering to forward an email.
A workflow can be as simple as:
When a site form is submitted, email a summary to the project manager.
Or as ambitious as:
When a docket is signed in the field, create the matching cost code, text the site supervisor, and post a message to the finance channel.
If you can say it as "when this happens, do that", you can build it.
What you get out of it
- No more re-keying. The same numbers stop being typed into two systems by two people.
- Nothing falls through the cracks. The reminder, the notification, the follow-up happens every time, not just when someone remembers.
- Faster reactions. An overdue invoice or a failed safety check can reach the right person in seconds instead of at the end of the week.
- A record of everything. Every workflow run is logged: what set it off, what each step did, and whether it worked.
- Built by the people who do the work. The person who understands the process builds the automation, without waiting on a developer.

Who can use Connect
Connect is available to Owners, Admins and Managers in organisations where the feature is switched on. If you cannot see Connect in your navigation, ask your account Owner, or contact us to have it enabled.
Your organisation's Connect data is completely separate from every other organisation's. Workflows, connections, and run history are yours alone.
Inside your organisation, your own workflows are private to you as well. You get a personal workspace nobody else can open, and you share deliberately by creating a shared workspace — see Who can see your workflows.
Note: Connect is growing quickly. New apps, triggers, and actions are added regularly, so check back for what is new.
