Visitor role

The Visitor role is for people who only need to fill in forms: someone signing in to site, doing an induction, or completing a one-off checklist. It is the most limited role in Assignar Pay.

What a Visitor sees

A Visitor's sidebar has one entry, Field, with the forms they are allowed to use. They see the submissions they made and the ones assigned to them, and nothing else of your organization.

A form is open to Visitors only when its Authorized Roles include Visitor (External), they are listed under Authorized Users, or their worker holds an Authorized Tag. With none of those set, a form is open to your internal roles only. See Control form access.

Invite a Visitor

Invite them from Resources → Users → Members with Invite Members, and choose Visitor as their role. See Manage your team.

Owners and Admins can invite Visitors. Owners, Admins and Managers can change a Visitor's role or remove them.
