Getting started
Smart Workflows:
- Navigate to Forms → Workflows
- Create a new workflow or edit an existing one
- Add conditional logic blocks by clicking Add Condition
- Define trigger conditions and branching rules
- Configure automated actions for each branch
- Test with sample data before activating
- Monitor workflow execution through the activity log
Permissions: Workflow management requires administrator access. Contact your account owner if you need access.
QR Codes:
- Open the form you want to create a QR code for
- Click the QR Code icon in the toolbar
- Download or print the generated QR code

Enhanced Tagging:

- Set permissions for who can create or modify tags

Permissions: Tag creation and modification permissions are configured per role. Standard users can apply existing tags; administrators can create and modify tags.
Night Shift & Time Rules:
- Go to Settings → Payroll → Rate Rules
- Click Add Rule and select Night Shift or Time of Day
- Define the time period (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Set the rate multiplier or premium amount
- Assign to relevant pay classes or employees
- Save and activate the rule
Rules apply automatically during timesheet processing. Review payroll summaries to see rate breakdowns.
Timesheet Imports:
- Navigate to Timesheets → Import
- Select CSV Import or choose your integration source
- Upload your file or initiate the sync
- Review validation results and address any errors
- Confirm import to process timesheets
File format: CSV files should include columns for employee, date, hours, job/project, and any required custom fields. Download a template from the import page for reference.

Rollout: Staged deployment – these features are rolling out to all accounts over the next week. Workflow enhancements and QR codes are available immediately. Night shift rules and enhanced import handling are currently in final testing and will be available to all accounts by January 28, 2026.
