Why it matters for construction teams

Financial workflow flexibility: Enhanced payroll exports mean your team can work with whatever accounting system you use. Whether you're running QuickBooks, Xero, or a custom ERP, export data in the format you need without manual reformatting.

Faster decision-making: Copy-to-Excel functionality gives project managers and finance teams instant access to data for analysis. Review labor costs during project meetings, create custom reports for stakeholders, or perform variance analysis without workflow interruption.

Integration acceleration: Better API documentation helps your technical teams connect Assignar Pay to other systems faster. Sync data with project management tools, feed payroll costs into business intelligence dashboards, or automate reporting to stakeholders.

Menu efficiency: Navigation search improvements mean finding the right screen or feature takes seconds instead of minutes. Critical when payroll administrators are managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines or when new team members are learning the system.

Data integrity: Job costing sync ensures your financial reports match operational reality. When timesheets update, job costs update automatically—no manual reconciliation required during month-end close.
